Every order is printed when you place it, so allow 2-5 business days for production before it ships. Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States.
Canadian customers - please read this part
Our garments are printed and shipped from the United States. Canada waives duty and tax on courier shipments valued at CAD $40 or less, so a single tee reaches you with nothing owed at the door.
Orders above that - a hoodie, or two items together - can be assessed GST/HST on delivery, and some carriers add a brokerage fee. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out from a delivery driver.
Returns
Printed-to-order items aren't restocked, so we don't take returns for a change of mind on size or colour. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email hello@keepitontario.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. No forms, no restocking fee.
